Tasting Notes

Nose Nutmeg, toffee apple, Crème brûlée, linseed, Seville oranges, cardamon, Manuka honey, nougat, saltwater and driftwood. Palate Grapefruit marmalade, flamed orange peel, ripe pear, peach, sweet soy sauce, gentle minerals, warming Sichuan pepper and campfire.
